Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
- Delivery time within India is typically 2-7 business days.

Please note, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number.
- The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours after dispatch.

Shipping Damages
- theSlothful is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@theslothful.com or call +91 7789906103. We will assist you, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Domestic Shipping Policy
- We currently offer domestic shipping only within India.

Changes or Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, we may be unable to make any changes as the order might already be processed.
